Responsabilidades del puesto
- Responsible for implementing all H&S measures in Bottling Area. Reporting all near misses detected and manage the correction action detected.
- Compliance with the standards of traceability of the final product.
- Manage the reprocessing of rejected products in the bottling line.
- Implementation of the bottling plan
- Knowledge of the state of the machinery, breakdowns, frequency, and impact of performance. Ensure the proper use of the CMMS in the bottling line
- Maintain necessary glue and film stocks.
- Propose changes for the development of new work methods and organization.
- Coordinate employees under his responsibility.
- Coordinate and supervise the proper use and maintenance of production facilities of the responsibility area.
- Supervises through the responsible for maintenance, the execution of the budget of maintenance for bottling lines.
- Prepare annual budgets of expenditure and investment of his section.
- Ensures capital projects are completed on time and within budget by co-ordinating and planning of work.
- Calculation OEE. Develops and supervises the use of tools for the calculation (MES).
- Propose the training needs for the best performance of the tasks.
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety standards.
- Responsible for applying all quality.
- Participate in the identification, definition, and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
- Develops the Lean manufacturing programme in the bottling area.
- Anticipate and identify incidences in processes and products establishing preventive measures
- Collaborate in new products design testing new materials and new suppliers for approval.
- Manage corrective actions proposed when a complaint is received.
- Manage the Improvement Ideas generated in Bottling Area and their implementation.
- Responsible of the SMED implementation (changeover)
- Develop and supervise the system for production reporting to Planning Department and ensure a perfect inventory recount of rejected products and strip stamps
- Keep actualized all documents and data in all different information systems (SAP, CompliantPro, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Responsible for applying all quality, food safety environment, food Safety and H&S measures in his area of responsibility.
- Assume responsibilities of H&S, quality, and environment systems.
- Propose improvements related to quality, environment, food Safety, and H&S in his areas
Titulación y Experiencia
- University Degree
- Two to four years’ experience in similar functions.
- Fluent in English
