Bynaric is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the team on a full time basis as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for day-to-day office operations, including office access management, ordering of supplies and equipment, routine maintenance checks and repairs, incident reporting, supplier/vendor relations, deliveries and office security.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/conferences/visitors as required.
- Complete ad-hoc project work.
- Schedule, organise and facilitate the effective co-ordination of events and meetings, including venue set-up, diary notices, documentation, and materials.
- Provide administrative support including preparation of reports and presentations.
- Manage the life cycle of all documentation.
- Facilitate the recruitment process, inductions and onboarding programmes that integrate new hires effectively into the organisation.
- Ensure full compliance of entire team with site policies, procedures, and regulations.
- General adhoc duties as required by the organization as the role develops.
- Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealing with public and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3/5 years’ experience in a similar position is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of attention to detail and fast delivery.
- Ability to manage own workload effectively.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
