As an Administrative Assistant (or ACM as we call it internally), you will play a vital role in assisting with the day-to-day management of strata properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

The Position

In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist the Strata Manager in managing a portfolio of strata properties and handle a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Managing a substantial volume of emails and phone calls on a daily basis
  • Attending meetings and capturing minutes
  • Crafting comprehensive documentation, including correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
  • Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines
  • Efficiently managing diaries and schedules
  • Establishing strong client relationships and collaborating closely with committees
  • Maintaining meticulous and current records, including strata bylaws, financial documents, and correspondence
  • Responding to inquiries and offering informed advice
  • Handling correspondence and facilitating dispute resolution
  • Staying up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide well-informed advice to clients

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives on working to timelines and processes, possesses exceptional time management and scheduling skills, and has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Most importantly you will be able to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes.

Ideally, you will have strata or real estate experience. However, we encourage administration professionals to apply. We offer 3-month body corporate training for all our new team members. Comprehensive and on-going training will also be provided to the successful individual.
