The Isle of Eriska Hotel & Spa is currently recruiting for a Housekeeping supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
Please note this position does not have 'live-in' accommodation available.

The ideal candidate will have a high standard of cleanliness which is paramount, with a keen eye for attention to detail for all areas of the public spaces and guest's accommodation as we continuously strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping required. On the job training provided
- Attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills & work ethic
- A positive can-do attitude
This position requires an applicant with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The chosen candidate will be required to lead a shift, involving but not limited to;
- delegating tasks to team members
- ensuring procedures are followed as set out in our guidelines
- cleaning of rooms for arrivals and departures
- checking and preparing accommodations for arrivals and departures
- stock checking and ordering
- creating rotas and schedules
- staff management reporting to the head housekeeper

Applicants must possess a good level of English. Successful candidate should possess legal work authorisation in the United Kingdom and are able to commute to the working location.
