JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and execute recruitment and selection process, to meet hiring needs
  • Ensure and involve in the process of staffing documentation and prepare reports such as staff boarding in, recruitment, transfer, resignation, termination, etc.
  • Handle industrial relations matters such as disputes, poor performance, grievance etc and comply with company policies and labour laws.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate manpower planning as per Company’s direction.
  • Organize and maintain accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities with regards to statutory regulations and HR related matters.
  • Handle administrative matters as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in related fields;
  • Minimum 1+ years of retail industries or boutique management
  • At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources management
  • Self-starter who works independently and proactively;
  • A keen desire to help customers be successful;
  • Superior project and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent listening skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to motivate others

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
