JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute recruitment and selection process, to meet hiring needs
- Ensure and involve in the process of staffing documentation and prepare reports such as staff boarding in, recruitment, transfer, resignation, termination, etc.
- Handle industrial relations matters such as disputes, poor performance, grievance etc and comply with company policies and labour laws.
- Monitor and co-ordinate manpower planning as per Company’s direction.
- Organize and maintain accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records.
- Liaise with relevant authorities with regards to statutory regulations and HR related matters.
- Handle administrative matters as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in related fields;
- Minimum 1+ years of retail industries or boutique management
- At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources management
- Self-starter who works independently and proactively;
- A keen desire to help customers be successful;
- Superior project and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Excellent listening skills and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to motivate others
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
