• To carry out daily routine such as open LPG, chiller, air-conditioner, cooling tower, pump, mall lighting and other facility-related equipment. • To carry out routine preventive maintenance activities on mall equipment and repair of equipment/building/plumbing and mall facilities as scheduled. • To assist in repair work on any mechanical, electrical, installation or maintenance work. • To trouble-shoot mall M&E equipment to ensure minimum downtime. • To perform general painting work and touch-ups. • To perform general minor repair work and plumbing work defect. • Perform electrical wiring, cabling and modification or electrical circuits if necessary. • Support and assist all other general electrical & mechanical work assigned by supervisor or manager. • To respond to emergency calls made by HOD, superior and other contractor on repair works. • Able to work independently and personally. • To carry out maintenance office clean and tidy.Please fill in the details of company, nature of business and a brief explanation on the company.
